The Pfeiffer University Cross Country and Track & Field programs are committed to excellence both in competition and in the classroom. Under the leadership of Head Coach Robert Marchinko, the Falcons continue to build a culture centered on hard work, accountability, and the pursuit of excellence. Guided by the program motto, Be Intentionally Different, student-athletes are challenged to embrace the daily habits that lead to success while representing Pfeiffer University with pride both on and off the course.
Building on the momentum of a championship season, the men's team enters the year ranked No. 28 nationally by D3 Glory and focused on defending its USA South Conference Championship. Veteran leaders Austin Drewery, Cannon Powell, Bricen Burleson, Alim Coleman, and Isaiah Watts return to provide experience and leadership, while newcomers Aiden Edwards, Chase Tompkins, and Cole Usery add depth and excitement to an already talented roster. On the women's side, the Falcons continue to blend proven leadership with emerging talent as they strive to make an even greater impact within the conference standings. Across both programs, the focus remains on pursuing championships, earning regional and national recognition, and fostering a culture that challenges student-athletes to reach their full potential.
Your support through a Falcon Club membership gift to the cross country and track & field programs will play a vital role in enhancing the student-athlete experience. Contributions will help support our Outdoor Track & Field Championship teams, assist with travel expenses to the Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Brevard, and provide additional resources that contribute to the continued growth and success of the program. Every gift creates opportunities for our student-athletes to compete at the highest level, celebrate championship achievements, and continue building a tradition of excellence at Pfeiffer University.
